Running 2 to 10 trucks? We keep every unit loaded, give each truck its own lanes and rate floor, and track every driver's hours and compliance dates. Each dispatcher handles no more than 5 to 8 trucks, so your fleet gets real attention.

The size of your fleet
One truck or ten, you pay one flat 7% of the gross line-haul rate per delivered load. No setup fee, no weekly minimum, and the first 2 weeks are free. Our fee is invoiced weekly and never taken out of your freight payment.
ADDITIONAL SERVICEs
IFTA, IRP, Form 2290, UCR, MCS-150, permits, driver files and insurance certificates are prepared and tracked for you, with reminders 30 days before every deadline, at no extra charge.

Why should I choose to do business with you?
We buy you time so you can make more money. We find, negotiate and book loads for one flat 7%, and our compliance desk handles your IFTA, IRP, Form 2290, UCR and other filings at no extra cost. You approve every load, brokers pay you directly, and there is no long-term contract.
How do I get started?
Leave a request on the website, or call or text us. A dispatcher will call you to talk through your lanes and rates, then send you our dispatch agreement. Sign it and send it back with your carrier packet: W-9, MC authority letter, certificate of insurance, and your factoring notice of assignment. Most carriers are booked within a few days.

What about Privacy & Confidentiality?
ASCONA Logistics will not at any time, directly or indirectly, use for its own benefit or disclose any information that is proprietary to your business, including your rates, customers and broker contacts.
Is the agreed dispatch rate permanent?
Your 7% rate stays the same for as long as your dispatch agreement is in effect. We will never raise it without your written agreement.
How are you getting paid?
We book loads for you and send you the rate confirmations. The broker pays you or your factoring company directly. Every week we send you an invoice for 7% of the loads delivered the week before. You never pay for our dispatch services ahead, and the first 2 weeks are free.
Do IFTA and IRP filings really cost nothing extra?
Yes. Preparing and filing IFTA, IRP, Form 2290, UCR, MCS-150 and the other items on our compliance list is included for carriers we dispatch. You only pay the taxes and government fees themselves, directly to the agency.
Will your dispatch company work with me if I'm new in the business?
Absolutely. New MC authorities are welcome. Many brokers prefer carriers with older authorities, so we focus on the brokers who work with new carriers and help you build your history in the first 90 days. We can also help you set up your USDOT, MC and BOC-3.
Are you a freight broker?
No. ASCONA Logistics is a dispatch service. We act as your agent, book loads under your own authority, and never arrange freight for shippers.
